Submission Error - class-phpmailer.php

For some reason when I try to submit a form it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class PHPMailer in /home/content/80/7256080/html/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 34

I'm updated to the most current version. Here is the link to the form: http://www.boisestatepublicradio.org/monthly-newsletter/ or http://www.boisestatepublicradio.org/submit-news-release/

  2. We've never had this error reported. Gravity Forms uses the WP_MAIL function to send email, not the PHPMailer class. This could be a plugin or theme conflict. Is this a brand new installation? Was Gravity Forms working on this site fine previously?

Gravity Forms was working on our site before. I'll check the plugins. Thanks

It was conflicting with Mee News Plugin (which is a email newsletter plugin)

  5. Are you running any of the Gravity Forms Add-Ons? If so what versions? This will help us determine if it's a conflict with Gravity Forms or one of the Add-Ons.
