We have a few Gravity forms on our site and occasionally, the admin email address will be notified of the form submission (this doesn't normally happen) as well as the normal recipient.
When we go into the form editor, we cannot see this submission in the entries section.
What's really weird is this appears to be happening randomly. It works most of the time...
Cutting and pasting the proper email address seems to make it work in the short term, but after a little while, it will happen again.
Any ideas as to why this could be happening??
