submit and add to cart with conditional logic

Hello,
I have created a form that begins with two radio buttons. Option A will take you through the form to the Add to cart button. With Option B I am using conditional logic to pull up a form for users to submit information. How can I add a submit form button for option B?

The only way you could do what you are asking (with different buttons) is to lead them to entirely different forms. You can't currently conditionally control how the submit button works or looks.
