Submit button appears on all pages?

    Hi I've created a 6 page form with quite a bit of conditional logic built in, everything was going great untill the last page when I added an HTML Field and ReCaptcha! Now I seem to have the last page's button on every page! I have tried to reverse what I did but no matter which fields/pages I remove the page remains broken? Can you help?
