Submit button in wrong place

This is my first gravity form and I am struggling to understand why the submit button is not where it should be. It is positioned on the top left of the page while my form is on the right hand side. I assume it is a simple fix of footer alignment for the form but I cannot figure it out. Any suggestions?

  2. Check your custom HTML. I see you've added a table inline in your form along with some other markup and some likert classes that don't appear to be needed. There are several errors in the markup, divs stuck in the middle of lists, etc. If you clean that stuff up your formatting should be okay.

Thanks Kevin. You are correct. I should've double checked my work first. Too many copy and pasting code while playing with ideas. Thanks heaps.
