Submit button not appearing

    If you are not using any conditional logic on the submit button ( shown in this screenshot of the advanced tab of the form settings: http://minus.com/lACySFHx2VqRu ) then I can't think of any other reason it would not show. Please export this form (Forms > Import/Export then the top center menu item "Export Forms") and email the XML file to me at chris@rocketgenius.com and I will take a look at it for you.
