  1. Sorry for being impatient. I'm sure you think that I am bi-polar by now. lol

    I just want to know that after spending $200 that I'd be treated like a person. I don't want to cancel.

    Just FYI, if you don't want users to send you a support request via email form, don't make it an option in the drop down menu.
