Theme conflict on one site but not the other.

I recently built a site (http://westernmineralconsultants.com) using a theme I purchased a few months ago and had great success with Gravity Forms. However using the exact same theme to build out another smaller site I can't get the Gravity Forms to work correctly. When I create a new form it doesn't allow me to click and populate any of the fields nor does it allow me to even save--just spins. I determined it's the theme causing it, but can't understand why it would work before and doesn't on this new site. http://propertysnapshots-report.com/wordpress1/

    Please help?

I am not sure. It could be due to a number of factors. WordPress version, theme version, Gravity Forms version, or other plugins you have installed that are coming into play on one but not the other. I do see a JavaScript error on the link you posted:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'offsetWidth' of undefined
