There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team.

  1. I just purchased this plugin and installed it on WordPress 3.3.1, when I try and create a form, and press save, I get the error message "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team."

I noticed there were several other posts on the forums with the same error message, but no solution appears to have been offered??

  6. After manually downloading it from the link above, the form saving problem is now fixed! Thanks guys.

I should note that I couldn't get 1.6.3.2.1 to update automatically.. WordPress Plugins and Forms > Updates both implied I had the latest version when I had 1.6.3.2.

  7. Yes, we haven't released it via the automatic update yet, so it is just a manual install for now.
