    I am having problems saving my forms.
    If I load a form that is already saved and without making any changes I click update form, I get the error "There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team."

    I am using version 1.6.4.2.1

  2. Have there been any changes to your site at all, that you know of? What happens if you try to actually update the form? Can you duplicate the form and update the duplicate?

  3. I am having the same problem.

    I created a form and saved it, no problems. Went and added notifications for both admin and user, saved the form.

    Now when I click Update Form I get the same error.

    Duplicating the form ends up with the same error. Also tried exporting and form and reimporting to duplicate it. Same issue.

    Just replicated it. Seems to be a problem with the user notifications and using html and/or merge tags in the message. Using just text fixes the problem.

    My message contains the following;

  4. This is still an issue for me.

    I can work around it by removing the text from the notification field. Then editing the form and replacing the notification text. Any word on why this might be happening?

    Thank you,

    Is it the HTML or the merge tags? Can I have you single that out for me? Also, are you using the latest Gravity Forms release?
