Time am/pm

    Hi,
    I'd like to know if it's possible to do this with the (advanced) time field
    Can the AM/PM field be initially un-populated and it be required to select either AM or PM

    I have people fill in the time just fine, but they forget to select the proper am/pm...leaving it at the default
