Total field not working - theme issue?

    Good day,

    I am integrating Gravity Forms on one of my pages (http://oglemedia.co.za/order-alumwine/), but I cannot get the Total field to update.

    I have disabled all the plugins and still it does not update. When using the "preview form" option (while designing it), then everything works fine.

    I am guessing this is a theme issue. The problem is that I have no idea where/how to start fixing it. I would appreciate any help!

    There are a couple of JavaScript errors being reported which mention jQuery not being defined, I notice jQuery is being loaded in your footer, can you change that so it is loaded in the header and then check the page again.
