Totally a noob..install issue

  1. I am on a MAC running 10.6.8, Safari 5.15

I downloaded the product. I go to Wordpress ADMIN, install plugins. I select upload. I go to choose file and gravity folder is in my downloads. It will not allow me to select "gravity" it wants to expand on the folder and show me all the folders in "gravity". Do I select all those folders to upload? do I exclude any? Sorry its such a basic question but I am new to all this.

  2. Nope, you need to upload the file in the ".zip" format. If you're download automatically unzipped into a folder that would be a browser issue. Some browsers automatically "unzip" or expand the single .zip file package.. I know Safari has this as a default.

My suggestion, is either to download the file with Firefox or another browser that won't unzip it automatically or uncheck the "open safe files automatically" option in the Safari preferneces so it won't unzip the file.

  3. You were right on target. Thank you. I told the MAC to compress the folder which in turn made it a zip. Easy after that ...again many thanks
