I'm having troubles getting an anchor succesfully installed. I have two forms on my site, one works perfect, the other one refreshes back to my home page after users hit submit, so they don't see the confirmation message. Previous posts gave code to paste into functions.php, but I don't seem to have that file within my plugin file choices. help?

Trouble adding anchor to form

The filter to change the anchor should be placed in the functions.php file of your active theme inside your themes folder.
It doesn't go anywhere in the plugins section.
