I don't have access to the priority support form. I can access the page just fine. There is nothing there to submit.

I confirmed that your welcome email was sent just 23 minutes ago from orders@rocketgenius.com to the admin@localbizservices.net email account you used when making your purchase . Please check to make sure it didn't end up in your spam folder.
It says I received it 25 minutes ago. I only just got it though. There seems to be some sort of a problem on my side with the incoming e-mails.
