Unable to access Priority Support & No welcome e-mail

    I don't have access to the priority support form. I can access the page just fine. There is nothing there to submit.

    Also I didn't get an e-mail confirmation of purchase at all. Is it possible to resend this e-mail please?

    I still need the welcome e-mail resent though.

  3. I confirmed that your welcome email was sent just 23 minutes ago from orders@rocketgenius.com to the admin@localbizservices.net email account you used when making your purchase . Please check to make sure it didn't end up in your spam folder.

    It says I received it 25 minutes ago. I only just got it though. There seems to be some sort of a problem on my side with the incoming e-mails.
