Unable to install - plugin has not added 'forms' to settings on sidebar

    Tried searching of other occurances of this, have seen something regarding a member plugin, I do not have this plugin.

    Can you please advise how I can install this plugin I have just purchased?

    Have you followed those directions? Were you able to Activate Gravity Forms? Did WordPress say it Activated successfully? Is it Active and you just aren't seeing the Forms menu on the side navigation?

    If you can provide additional details that will assist us in determining the issue.

    Yes, followed the instructions, it is activated, and yes, unable to see the forms menu in the navigation, as such havent been able to enter the License key.

  4. @graphisgenie This is going to be some sort of plugin or theme conflict. Please send us a WordPress admin login via our Contact Us form and reference this forum post and we can take a look and see what is going on.
