Unable to register Gravity Forms

I purchased, received the License Key, only when I enter it, I get a little red stop symbol on the right, and the plugin does not recognize that it was registered.

My site is behind a firewall that requires authentication to get through. Not needed as this is an internal portal site.

    Any ideas?

  2. I tested your license key on my end and it is validating fine. You may want to try entering it again and then save settings. There could have been a problem communicating with our license server.

It's also possible if you have a firewall on your network that your firewall could be preventing your site from communicating with our license server, in which case it would not be able to validate the key. It does this through an HTTPS call so it shouldn't cause a problem but I don't know your firewall configuration to be 100% sure.

I would say it is the firewall, we use proxy authentication to get through, if the app does not have the ability, it does not go through. We do not have authority to change the settings so I will have to continue without registration. How should I handle this if I ever need support? Just keep the key for future reference?

  4. You already have access to the support site as you have already posted here so support isn't a problem. You will have to manually install and updates that are released as automatic upgrade won't work properly if the key cannot be authenticated. Also keep the key for future reference.
