    I've just re-installed Gravity forms

but I'm unable to create forms currently due to a really strange error which means everytime i load gravity forms admin to edit or create a form - the right hand menu showing all avaiable field types is fully extended

This hides the save / update button so I cant save my form :-(

    Please help

Error i see in error console is

    Error: parentOffset is null
    Source File: wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/js/jquery.dimensions.js?ver=1.6.1
    Line: 94

  2. This is not a common error. Sounds like you have a theme or plugin conflict. Please start by testing for themes and plugin conflicts.

  4. I would suggest completely uninstalling Gravity Forms by going to the Settings page under Forms (Forms > Settings) and using the Uninstall option. Once uninstalled, then delete it. Re-upload new files and re-activate.

If you continue to have an issue, let us know. Chris is correct. I've never seen this error before. So it's either a theme or plugin conflict... or possibly a PHP memory issue (specifically a lack of available PHP memory which requires you to increase your available memory).
