Unable to save new form after installation

  1. Hi,
I have purchased and did a fresh install of GF but couldn't create new form.
Clicking on the save button did nothing, no error is shown.
    WP version is 3.2.1
    GF version is 1.6.1

    License key entered and accepted.
    please help.

    thanks in advance.

  2. Normally, the inability to create or edit a form is due to:

    • server resources
    • plugin conflict
    • theme conflict

With no error, it's going to be hard to guess. The first thing to do is check for theme and plugin conflicts. You can read about doing that here:

    http://rkt.gs/testing

Start with that and see if the trouble goes away.

  3. Hi Chris,
    I already did it.
changed theme to twenty 10 - the same results,
disabled all plugins, then reactivated GF, still the same,
installed TCP! memory review and the max load is about 20mb, php limit is 128 and the method of giving WP more than its 32 mb didn't work, but I don't think it's a memory issue...

    any ideas?

    Thanks

  6. Hey Dany, I just created a "Test Form" with no issues in Chrome on Mac OSX. I added one "test field" to the form. Can you see if you can go in and edit.

  7. Hi Rob,
I don't know why, it's not working for me on firefox 8.0.1 on Max OSX which I use...
It does work on Chrome tho.
Do you have any known issues with FF ?

Either way - thank you so much for the help.

    happy holidays.

  8. Hey Dany, no problem. Have not heard any issues with FF. I just successfully went in and created a form using 8.0.1 as well.

  9. There are no known issues with FireFox 8.0.1 on OSX. I use OSX myself as well as FireFox 8.0.1 and am unable to reproduce any issues with creating or editing forms.
