Unable to Upload images or files with PayPal Add on connection

  1. We have a few different forms where users upload an image. We've tried both the file upload button and the image button. (ultimately we want an image, but will take the file anyway we can get it, this is not going into a post) :) the chmod was first tried at 755 and then at 777 and the media settings are wordpress default

Ultimately, when we test our forms not using the PayPal addon, we can easily upload images in either method (file upload or image).

As soon as we attempt to connect it through the paypal addon the file upload and image upload options do not work (appear to work when submitting, but no files show up in the 'entries'

Everything else about the file seems to work just fine!

    Any ideas?

Current form is live at http://www.crazymikesapps.com/social-media-app-marketing/single-video-app-demo-advertising/

there are a couple other similar ones there as well.

*Note I've successfullly used both image submit and file upload on other sites before successfully, but never with the paypal add on.

    wondering...
-is this paypal add on specific?

We really need this option to work! :)

  2. I just configured a form with both PayPal and a file upload. I restricted the file extensions to just common image ones. The file upload field is right in the middle of the form. It's a multipage form. The form does not use AJAX. The form is not creating a post.

I submitted it a couple times and it uploaded the image just fine, then sent me to PayPal.

I can link you to the form, but you would not see the image that is uploaded.

If you submit the form and then post here, I'll post the link to the image.

Maybe something else is different about your situation?

What appears where the link to the image should be, in your entry? Is it a broken link, or just empty or something?

  3. hmmm seems to be something about a few specific forms. I can make it work with a couple forms but not with others. I too had it limit the file upload type, but in general nothing gets uploaded at all when it fails, as if they never completed the field/browsed for an image file to upload.

  4. I just made a test post with your form. I uploaded an image and it indicated uploading and went to 100%. Then I was directed to PayPal. Did my image make it up there?

    Looks like it:
