Unknown column 'notifications' in 'field list'

    Developing a new site, getting the following error when editing a form:

    • Unknown column 'notifications' in 'field list'
    • WordPress database error: [Unknown column 'notifications' in 'field list']
      SELECT display_meta, notifications FROM wp_rg_form_meta WHERE form_id=4

    WP Version: 3.6-beta2
    GF Version: 1.7.2

    Get the same error when using TwentyEleven, and with all other plugins deactivated.
