Update Post Add-on to "Add a Tag"?

  1. Hi,

I want to give users a way to add a tag to an existing post. I thought maybe your Update Post add-on would be a great and easy way to create a simple form I could include in a sidebar widget next to each post. Two questions:

    1) I've read the info provided on the add-on's WP.org download page and in the ReadMe, but am still unclear about how to use the Update Post add-on to make this happen. It says this in the FAQ:
"Simply embed a post form into a page with Gravity Forms and them pass a post id to the page via 'gform_post_id'."

What does that mean -- how do I "pass a post id to the page via 'gform_post_id'."? What do I type, and where?

    2) I see you have an "Add Tag" feature in the sidebar widget next to each Support Forum topic on your website -- how did you implement that and is that something I could use on my site?

Any other ideas for how to implement this would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!
    Melissa

Hi Melissa, that add-on wasn't created by rocketgenius and as such, you'll have to contact the creator for support. His e-mail address is support@p51labs.com
