Update to 1.6.4.4 breaks admin

    Upgrading to 1.6.4.4 causes many problems in admin including:
    - Disabling plugin automatic updates and installations
    - Removing right hand column from WP Dashboard
    - Removing Menu admin ability (page is blank)
    - Disabling left hand admin menu rollover sub-menus

    I'm running WP 3.3.2 with German language pack. Deactivating the plugin solves all issues and have reverted to 1.5.3.
