Upgrade failed to link with original key

My colleague purchased a personal license the other day (the account I'm logged into) then I tried to upgrade the account to a business license.

However it has not linked as I had not entered the license key in our wordpress plug-in install.

What do I need to do?

  2. If the license key isn't entered on the Settings page of Gravity Forms then you shouldn't be able to upgrade from the Settings page of Gravity Forms. How/where did you upgrade this license key?

The website it's installed on isn't public at the moment, if you have e-mail I can send you a link though.

My paypal transaction ID is #8GB1084414099041Y

  4. How did you perform the license upgrade? Did you do it via the Settings page of Gravity Forms on the WordPress site or did you do it via the My Account page of the support site?

It was done through a link underneath the campaign monitor add-on within our wordpress site.

  6. Email me any information, such as any emails you received, on this to carl@rocketgenius.com. I don't see a PayPal transaction with that ID and you can't upgrade from the Plugins page. You can only upgrade from the Settings page or the My Account page and only if a license key is present. If your key wasn't entered, i'm not 100% sure what you did. You may have purchased another license.

  9. Yes, we have updated that license key to a Business License. If you've entered it on the Settings page of Gravity Forms it should now be reflected on the Add-On manager page. You may need to refresh the page. I would suggest going to the Settings page and make sure your license key is entered and then save settings again to re-validate the key.
