Upload Image Problem

    I'm having the same issue as: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/file-upload-3 my uploads are coming as 404 pages http://www.sidewalkpromodepot.com/wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/6-72f62ccbf20790aeb545206ebd0e9eba/2012/04/My-Mommy.jpg

    I have no active plugin besides Gravity Form and Cart66 active.

    Can you tell if the images are being uploaded at all, anywhere on the server?

    Did you change the upload directory in your WordPress installation?

    I was able to upload an image and I can see it here:
