    Hi,
    Is it possible to create a directory for uploaded content for each form submission?

    Try the "gform_upload_path" filter.

    No, you have to create the folder. The filter is just used to tell Gravity Forms what folder to use. It doesn't create a new folder for each submission after that, it places all uploads in the folder you tell it to use.
