Uploaded files are all corrupt

  1. Hi,

I maintain a website that uses Gravity Form's File Upload Field. We have 2 forms that utilize this field.

    http://www.paperchase.net/getting-started/ftp-info/

    and

    http://www.paperchase.net/ordering/custom-quotes/

Both of these forms were functioning normally as of August 18th. Today we had a problem with one of the files someone uploaded and now every new file that I upload is not working. They are all displaying a size of 0kb.

I havent made any changes to the Gravity Forms recently so I am not sure what is causing this sudden problem.

Could this be caused by the fact I am running Word Press 3.0 and Gravity Forms 1.5.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

    Thanks,
    Emily

  2. This sounds like a web server problem. The server handles the upload. I would suggest making sure the file permissions are correct on the Gravity Forms upload folder in wp-content/uploads. I would also suggest turning WordPress debug mode on and then testing the file upload to see if you encounter any errors.
