Urgent help - Order form

    I have just bought the developer edition of the plugin to do one job.

    I am trying to get https://www.ninaspencer.com/buy-the-book-getting-passion-out-of-your-profession-2/. The calculation part where a fixed amount is added to each order for postage dependent on country 2 dollars extra for each book and tax added if in Canada.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    So it should be $19.95 per copy, $5 shipping for the first book, and $2 shipping for each additional book, plus VAT for Canada? The issue is how to add $2 per book if the quantity is greater than one? Is that the problem you are having?
