User can't see the Forms menu

    We have a developer license. We created a client user that can't see the Forms menu in the WP admin back-end. We tried to configure the permissions and roles, we tried to give an admin permission but nothing changed. How to ensure to see the Forms menu for other users?

    Can you make sure the user has all of the following permissions:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Role_Management

    Also, I can't remember off the top of my head, but there are WordPress roles as well that are required to see certain menus.
