Only some of the users are having problems submitting the form. Some get an error message saying there is a problem with their form. There are no required fields in the form. Some people can submit the form and others cannot.

Is there anything specific about those that can't? Without isolating the issue and figuring out the potential cause, it is difficult to troubleshoot. It could be a theme/plugin conflict coming into play, but if it is random, how will you know you've solved it?
