User to fill online form then print

Hi,
I have searched but did not find a clear answer.

I would like for a user to fill in an online form, then print the form with all the entries visible and also submit.

So i would like a print and submit fumction if possible.

I tried the printer friendly plugin , but it does not work correctly.
I also tried another printer plugin which does work , problem is that sometimes it does not print the entered fields and does not print on one page.

I am trying to either get the user to fill in the form and print the complete form , or fill in the form and then print it , even the completed fields will be acceptable.
