Valid email returns HTML code

Hi, I have received this complaint a few times. When the user submits the form using valid email syntax, the form returns an error and HTML code in place of the email address. Please see screen capture. This particular form seems to be filled out in Windows XP using Chrome.

    Thank you.

  2. Can you post a link to the page on your site where the form is embedded? I've never heard of this problem before and would like to take a look. Thank you.

It's possible this is from a plugin conflict. Do you have any plugins which auto-hyperlink email addresses found in the post body? It's possible that is doing this. You can check for plugin conflicts by following these instructions http://rkt.gs/testing

Thanks for the reply. I did have an email address encoder plug-in installed. I have deactivated it, we will see if this helps.

    Thanks for the reply.
