For some reason the {all_fields} is not saving in the (visual/text) area. We are not able to receive any information from submitted forms. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
I have already disabled all the other plugins and it still won't save in the (visual/text) area.
Have you tested for a theme conflict? I see you said you tested for your plugins, but have you switched to a default WP theme yet?
