  1. I cloned my website but the forms are not there, however, the name of the forms are there but when you click on them the actual form is not there.

You need to export/import the forms. Or make sure you have all the Gravity Forms tables cloned as well as the WordPress ones. Lastly, you may need to download the Meta Recovery tool to link the forms with the database again. It is on the Download Gravity Forms page.

  4. David, I don't need the data or entries just the form itself. Again, the name of the form is there but when I click on it there is nothing in the form. None of my fields and pages are there. I'm using the Duplicator plugin to clone my site.

  5. The easiest way to overcome this would be just to export the form from the old site and import it into the new site. You can do this via the Import/Export link from the Forms plugin area and at the top of that page is a link that will say Export Forms. This will give you an XML file that you can then Import into the other site.

  6. Hi Rob, I have to unfortunately have to recreate the forms instead of exporting/importing (broke theme). It still coming up with "Oops! We could not locate your form." I think because the ID on the form is different now. I don't mind going into the code and changing the ID if that is what I need to do? If that will fix it, what file has the GF code to manipulate?

  7. Rob: Not sure if I am missing something, but I have the same issue and I seem to only be able to export a .csv file from the original site which I can't upload to the new site (because only xml files can be uploaded)

servent1: if you to Forms->Settings and uninstall gravity themes and then re-activate from the plugni page you can start again from Form ID=1 so you don't need to edit the code.

  8. On the Import/Export link, at the top of that page you will see an option to Export Forms. You land on the export entries link by default.
