Where is the Add On menu?

Just purchased a developer license and have the plugin installed and activated.
I've been watching a video tutorial on creating a member site with GF - the tutor activates the "user registration" add on by first going to the "Add On" menu from the dashboard.
Only problem is I don't have "Add ons" listed as a menu item - I am presumably supposed to as I purchased the developer license. Can someone help please as I can't see how I am supposed to get add ons otherwise. Thanks!

Add-Ons is listed between Updates and Help in the Forms menu, click that and the Add-Ons page should open listing all the available add-ons with install buttons for each add-on

Thanks Richard, that's exactly what I'm doing but it's not there!
I have got "Updates" and immediately under that is "Help"
I've installed GF on multiple test sites and it's the same on each one, there is no Add Ons section.

Also, I just managed to download the User Registration add on and uploaded it manually. It is now appearing as a listed item in the menu but still there is no Add Ons section. Besides this it doesn't seem to be working properly! When I initially click on User Registration I am taken to a section which contains a button to "Add New" user registration form. When I click on this however I get an almost blank pages which says "User Registration Settings" at the top and which has a drop down with only one item in it which simply says "select a form" - There is no way to select anything on the page and nowhere to go from there.

    Any further ideas?

Have I perhaps been given the wrong license?

Update: I'm now getting Add Ons appearing on some installations but not others, it's very strange given all the installations were 100% identical for test purposes. Just tried to add User Reg from the Add On section on one of the ones where it was displaying and am getting the following error message

An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Am perplexed!

What differences in plugins are there between the sites where add-ons is appearing and those where it isn't, it sounds like a there could be a plugin conflict. Try the recommendations on this page http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

The plugins are all identical on each. I tried disabling all plug ins but Gravity Forms but still the same thing is happening, I will look at the link you suggest to see if there is any further suggestions on it and will let you know.....Am going to try a clean install of Wordpress without any plug ins to see if it's still happening....

Sorry missed the 100% identical, it's definitely strange, did your servers error logs catch anything when the unexpected error occurred.
