White pages on preview

    I have many fields on the form, when I go and preview I get a white page blank, no fields to see. I have tryed it many times.

    Usually means you have a conflict of some kind. You'll want to run through a theme/plugin conflict test:

    Thanks for your help. New to wordpress and love your forms. I saw when going to plugins that 11 needed updating. I did the upudates and now your form is now showing up, thanks again for your help. I am guessing it is inportant to keep the plugins updated.
