Why is prompt to "Purchase Support License" there when I just entered my key?

    I just purchased a Gravity Forms developer license.

    After installing on my site, I entered my support license key on the Settings page.

    There's a prompt, at the very top of that screen with a button to "Purchase Support License" that I'm almost sure wasn't there before I entered my Support License Key.

    Now that's odd...

  2. It's most likely a cache issue. You can try manually clearing your cache to validate the license key.

    That did the trick, and a little green checkmark showed up beside the key as well.
