Why no reply from support? Developer license required? Postal Address?

  1. Hi,

    What does it mean when Support does not answer a question on this forum? I have waited 6 days since posting. I have upgraded my license to business level.

    Are only questions from Developers answered?

    It seems that Gravity Forms does not publish an email address. Is there a postal address to write to Gravity Forms?

  2. No. Of course not. We try to answer all of the member questions as quickly as possible. Sometimes it just takes a bit longer to get to everyone depending on the volume and nature of the requests - we also don't have "official" admin support hours on the weekends. Developer license holders DO have priority support access so we handle those requests first. We don't do email support and snail-mailing us sure isn't going to be the fastest way to get a response.. that's kind of funny though.

    We'll take a look at your other post and answer appropriately there..
