Why only 5 items

Hello,

my problem is that i created a personnalize item with 9 items and the form display only 5 items.

What can i do to display the other item ?

I tried to select " Large " in Advanced options -> Size item but nothing.
Its seems there is no conflict.

In fact the form does'nt display correctly in my back office but display correcty on the website.

However i have a other question.
I complete my fields with many caracters and after the website doestn't display all caracters.
what can i do ?
