    Hi,

    I have a user that has the role of a "Shop Manager" for WooCommerce, but I also need them to have access to the gravity forms which they do not currently have.

    You would have to edit that role to add in all of the Gravity Forms roles. Various role management plugins should allow you to edit the Shop Manager role with these permissions.
