    When I look at my form from the wordpress plug in, it looks fine. But when I look at it actually on the page it has these items on EVERY single item:

    Checkboxes : Field ID 3
    DeleteDuplicateEdit

    How do I get rid of that?

    I'm actually running into the same issue. For my specific use case I'm loading the Gravity Form via AJAX, once displayed the "DeleteDuplicateEdit" is displayed next to each field.

    Is Gravity Forms not intended to be loaded via AJAX?
