    Hi,

    My site is adsensemns(dot)com/support

When i set a field in the form to be viewed only by admin and then create a new user and login, I can't access the Gravity Forms Plugin? I've tried all the four user roles.

What can i do for this? I want to be able to login as users with ceertain permissions ans making certain fields viewable only by the admin

    Please let me know:)

  2. The Gravity Forms Plugin by default is only viewable by Admins.

If you want to allow non-admins to see it you would need to use something like the Members plugin to implement role management capabilities and allow other roles to see the Gravity Forms admin, etc.

You can download the Members plugin here:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/members/

You would then have to turn on the role management option on this plugin and then edit the roles you want to edit and add the Gravity Forms capabilities to that role.

    Oh There! Again a problem.

I've created a sample user and installed the members plugin. and ticked some fields for that user in the roles area, which includes all the gravity forms options. Now when i login as admin and check certain fields to be viewable only by admin and then login again as the new user created, all fields are visible(even the fields over which only admin has the power),

Can you explain how to hide those fields, should i do something in the roles, or?

    Waiting for a reply, Thanks

  5. If you need help with the Members plugin on how to properly use it you will have to contact the author of the Members plugin for support using that plugin. We didn't develop it so it isn't a plugin we support.
