Second form not displaying?

    I made a second form and it is not displaying on page or in widget. It is showing in firebug but not visible. Homepage registration form is working fine however. I tried looking for new plugin conflicts but could not find any. The form is on http://ytango.com/support . Its a membership site so you can only see it after registering though.

    Problem solved! I forgot that I wrote custom css for the first form but did not specify ID, so it was affecting all forms!
