Submitting form doesnt send or record entry just opens up email client

    I have a form that was working on a test server and also works on my now live site in Gravity Forms Preview mode.

    Site: http://www.bptsystems.com.au/support under the supply quotation tab

    But when I input a valid form on the live site and submit it I get en email appearing with the following in the email subject:input_2.3=MIke&input_2.6=lee&input_6=netballdreamz.com&input_1=mike%40netskills.com.au&input_1_2=mike%40netskills.com.au&input_3=0425741953&input_4=1&input_5=1&input_9=Audio&input_10=Analogue&input_11=&gform_ajax=form_id%3D1%26title%3D%26description%3D&is_submit_1=1&gform_submit=1&gform_unique_id=4e18034a53e3f&state_1=YToyOntpOjA7czo2OiJhOjA6e30iO2k6MTtzOjMyOiJhNTgwMGEwYjAwN2VhMzBkZmRhZWZmZjc3MTY5NmFiMyI7fQ%3D%3D&gform_target_page_number_1=0&gform_source_page_number_1=1&gform_field_values=

    I have disabled all plugins and also changed theme to twentyten and still got the same thing.

    I have an update: I have been able to isolate that the form works when not in the tab group. I am using an elegant theme tab group and have turned ajax off and still get the error.

    Hi,

    Working now.

    I basically rebuilt the page and reentered the form into the page and after a few goes of that it worked.

    Not sure what the issue is/was.
